The following will give you an idea of how we work, and what to expect when employing our expertise:

The Initial Consultation: We are unique in that we do not have a walk-in storefront; we deal by appointment only. In some cases, basic information and pricing can be given over the phone. If necessary, such as the case with measuring vehicles for lettering, we do on-site estimates. After placing an order, we can meet as necessary to discuss color samples or material choices.

Pricing & Payment: A 50% down payment is due at the time of ordering, with payment in full upon delivery. 30-day credit is available, but is to be determined on an individual basis.

The Design Proofs: We offer a hassle-free proofing and approval process, generally via fax or email, which is preferred due to the ability to show the scale proofs in full-color. During this stage any revisions will be made, and finalized designs will be presented.

Project Completion: Art for logo designs and graphic design are supplied, printed materials delivered, and for vehicle and window lettering, a date is scheduled for the application of the graphics.
